Three types of Trauma
(Acute, Chronic & Complex)Each one will be broken down, dissected and discussed in detail.
Will discuss how one of these or possibly all three of these types of traumas are linked to your past & how to recognize it.
Finally, I will discuss what I like to call IAFA. Identify, Acknowledge, Face, Accept. Without acknowledgement & acceptance, you cannot experience triumph.
